Refund policy

Top Notch Athletics, LLC - Return/Exchange Terms and Conditions: 
We offer a 7-day return window. This return window begins once your package has been delivered per the tracking number. All items must be unused, unwashed, and meet our standards below, and each item must be returned in the individual Top Notch item bag you received them in. All items are subject to be denied a return, exchange, or refund if they do not meet our Top Notch Athletics return policy standards. 
  • We accept returns for both refunds and exchanges
  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only
  • Exchanges and Returns are subject to be denied by Top Notch Athletics, LLC if they don't meet our policy standards. 
  • Please note that exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.
  • If we cannot fulfill your exchange due to unavailable stock, a refund will be issued. 
  • All accessories, such as hats, lifting straps, shaker bottles, etc., are final sale items and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • You will only be allowed one exchange per order. After one exchange, all items are not subject to a refund.
  • Sale items are not subject to a refund or exchange. 
  • Any warehouse opening events are final sales.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Top Notch Athletics, LLC will not accept items for returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
• Items have markings or stains of any kind.
• Items that are covered in animal/human hair.
• Items with a strong odor, such as smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
• Items covered in glitter, deodorant, powder, skin cells, or other matter will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Items with piling may be subject to denial. 
• You must include a note or email support@tnclothing.com with the items you would like to exchange or return or your order will be subject to denial of an exchange or refund.

Please ensure all Top Notch logos/tags and sizing tags are attached, or your return will be subject to denial. 
 • At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
 • Any exchanges will need to be returned at your expense to our address on the original shipping label on your package, or you can Contact Us if you need our return address. 
 • If you are returning your entire order, please note that Top Notch Athletics, LLC will not refund the original shipping costs.
 • Any returns that are delivered outside of 7 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. 
 • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email, and Top Notch Athletics, LLC will return your order back to you within 4-7 business days.

If you've received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please submit a ticket to our Support Team! Failure to notify our Support Team within 7 days of your delivery will not be eligible for replacement or returns.
